The Cocktail Sapphire Martini is a very light and nice cocktail that gives a new vision of your favorite Gin. Some dashes of the blue curacao liqueur are responsible for the name of the cocktail, which makes great not only the color but and the taste of the drink.

Ingredients

70 ml Gin
15 ml Blue Curaçao
Ice cubes
Cherry or lemon twist

Instructions

Let's start: get the cocktail shaker, put some ice cubes, add the gin and blue curaçao. Shake very well and pour the mixed drink into a cocktail glass. Decorate your cocktail with a cherry or a lemon twist. Serve up : )
