About the cocktail

The smoothie is really delicious and rich in vitamin C. The kiwifruit is also a good source of vitamins A and magnesium. It’s really refreshing and a good “partner” for the Christmas days.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwifruits
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1/2 spoon honey ( optional )

Instructions

Peel the kiwi, pear and banana fruits, cut them into smaller pieces and add them in the blender. Pour the milk and start blending until receive well-blended smoothie. Taste the smoothie and add some honey if you want to make it more sweetness. If you don't like honey - you can add more milk ;) Pour into a glass and decorate with kiwi, pear or a banana slice.
