About the cocktail
Sometimes your body needs a refreshing and healthy drink to recharge… especially after a hard train in the gym. One milkshake always gives another start of the day ☀️
- 250-300 grams strawberries
- 500ml chilled milk
- 1 teaspoon powdered milk (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons white sugar or strawberry liqueur (optional)
Prepare the strawberries - clean and chop. Then add them into a blender. Pour the chilled milk and the optional ingredients. Be careful - don't make the mixed drink too sweet. Blend till smooth and pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
Recommended to drink it without a straw - to fill the drink on your lips.
